A case study is an excellent way to demonstrate how a service can really benefit a customer. A London based company in the finance sector recently opened a new office in the west of Ireland. The first challenge in a very short time scale was to get a telephone system installed. Instead of purchasing and installing an expensive on site PBX system we installed a cloud based comms system.
